  • Textures can be categorized and grouped to be imported into the game

MCPatcher HD Fix is an extension for the Minecraft game which allows players to seamlessly switch between different texture packs.

The app features an easy way to categorize and swap different groups of textures in the game to provide endless, creative ways to mix and match materials.

To install it, users must double click on the Patch file. After opening their Minecraft game, users can enable the modifications and choose the different packages that they'd like to port. This app requires that texture packages are already pre-installed on the system.

Interestingly, MCPatcher HD Fix allows users to apply custom animations to any texture in the game that they have pre-installed. Recent updates have introduced new ways for users to import custom colors, random mobs, graphics support, and anti-aliased font into their Minecraft game.

The MCPatcher HD Fix is only available for Mac OS X machines and requires Java in order to run. Despite these minor usability obstacles, most Minecraft fans state that the app has made interacting with different installed modifications more reliable and easy to implement.

MCPatcher Fix allows users to select textures such as "fancy glas", which improves glass transparency and adds light or color to the gameplay. The app is backed by a small but dedicated team which provides frequent updates for users.
